Queensland Seller Disclosure (Form 2)
Since 1 August 2025, most Queensland sellers must give the buyer a completed Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement, with the prescribed certificates, before the buyer signs the contract. If the statement is missing, inaccurate or incomplete, the buyer may be able to terminate the contract right up to settlement.

Fixed professional fee to prepare your Form 2. Searches and certificates are charged at cost and vary by property.
