Queensland Form 2 preparation for projects of 5 or more lots, incl. GST — searches and certificates charged at cost. Each lot’s sale is charged at the standard state sale fee.
What's included
- Seller-side conveyancing for off-the-plan and completed projects, from a few lots to whole developments
- Volume preparation of Queensland Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statements, checked against the current official form — $395 per lot incl. GST for projects of 5 or more lots in the same project (standard fee $495), with searches and certificates charged at cost
- Each lot’s sale from contract to settlement at your standard state sale fee — $790 in QLD and VIC, $880 in NSW (incl. GST); projects of 20 or more lots are quoted separately
- Off-the-plan disclosure for NSW and VIC projects
- Preparation of contracts, by-laws and disclosure packs is quoted per project
- Electronic settlements through PEXA, managed across every lot
- Regular progress reporting to developers, agents and project marketers
